For a long time, I put everyone else first. My kids, my family, the endless to-do list. Somewhere along the way, I lost track of myself.

Getting back into fitness wasn’t just about losing weight or looking a certain way. It was about finding me again. My energy. My confidence. My sense of what I’m capable of.

Fit Happens was born out of that journey. Every product in this store is something I genuinely believe in — gear that helped me sweat harder, move better, and feel stronger. I’m not here to sell you something you don’t need. I’m here because I know what it feels like to want to show up for yourself, and I want to make that a little easier.
